This is where 14 Syracuse University students who are Discovering the News, literally and as their class title, will report stories of real events in the Syracuse area. In the process they will learn about the community they live in as they learn about reporting and writing. Their professor, a media professional with more than 40 years experience will be learning along with them. Comments, constructive criticism, and suggestions are welcome.
